Dinner At Wakamatsu Yakiniku
Views: 10 · Added: 2473 days agoLooking for a good Japanese restaurant?
I forgot the date but somewhere last year my wife and I together with our Thai friend Pichai went to this Japanese restaurant in Pacific Square Mabolo. It was a great night and lots of food on the table. Low on carbo and more on protein, wow!
It is an eat-all-you-can dinner where you order either raw or ready to eat food. We ordered both of course. We had beef, a lot of pork, shrimps, vegetables(sure?), heart, liver and a lot more. I mean a lot lot more! Php 500+ fee for each person and you should eat a LOT! As an advise, do not go there if you have eaten the whole morning.
Expect that the place is quite hot because the customers are cooking and I guess you can not put air conditioning unit in there. Do not worry if you can not speak Japanese because the attendants there are all Filipina. All are very hospitable and prompt. There are a lot of attendants so you can be attended immediately.
One thing that I notice (and I don't like much) is that the attendants will greet new customers by shouting a Japanese greeting. Why shout? hmm.. I do not know. Maybe that is how they are suppose to greet customers? When the customers leave they will again shout. LOL.
Anyway, the food is so great I have a full stomach that night. I would like recommend that restaurant to all my friends.
