In the 1800's, Napa Valley was an agricultural area. Napa Metropolis was a center of business and industry. It was in the late 1800's that the Hatt Mill Building was produced and operated as a feed store and warehouse. The Hatt Developing was operated as a feed shop until the late 1900's.
