You have likely learned of having an astral body. The matter is, you (and everyone else and everything) don't have an astral body because you have a physical body. Rather, you develop a physical body because you've got an astral body. Things that exist on the astral plane must show on the physical plane. So, if you create something on the astral plane, it must manifest on the physical plane.
