Sport ">A couple months later I received a reply letter back from his secretary to contact and arrange for a time to satisfy with Mr. Rosen. I ended up meeting him at his penthouse office and obtaining a short tour. He confirmed me his architectural design idea for a new shop he was opening up in Chicago and we invested close to an hour chatting. (Really, he was doing most of the chatting while I was listening and using notes).
The hills are great for snapping pictures of the ocean, but be aware that you may be walking for a little bit to get to your room.
