We need to keep in mind that prospective buyers have never seen our houses before. They are considering investing a HUGE amount of money buying your house and they deserve to be able to see it well. And in the presence of the current owners, they can NOT view the house well. They can not open and close each cabinet or closet with the current owner standing next to them.
