Stop giving away all of your attention and energy to the "resistors." Remember the 20/50/30 rule. 20% of the people are "change-friendly." 50% are your fence-sitters. 30% are the resistors. The "resistors" are antagonistic toward change and often do everything to derail your efforts. Who do you think is your loudest, squeaky wheel? DON'T give 'em the grease. This will only exacerbate their behavior and the problems. Look to win over the 50%, but give your greatest attention, kudos and support to the 20%.

The big cap relief would come from reworking the Mark Sanchez contract. Sanchez has a cap hit of nearly $18 million of which $14.75 million is tied into his yearly salary. My guess is they would gladly pay him $10 million of that figure in the form of a bonus, tack a dummy year or two onto the end of the contract for cap purposes, and bring his cap number down to about $10 million in 2011. That would create nearly 8 million in additional cap space.
For the serious trader, soybean complex futures and options are one of the top trading commodities. They have it all; liquidity, volume, open interest and great moves up and down. The charts show many classic patterns. Look for triangles, head and shoulders, breakouts, spikes and gaps. Soybeans can be a chartist's dream. Beans also exhibit regular seasonal and cyclic patterns to use as rough guidelines.
Quiet. This is one part I especially liked. It felt like a place of worship to me. The Orthodox church seems to set the sanctuary aside for one single purpose. It is a sanctified, place for worship. There are no school programs, no concerts, no neighborhood association meetings held in this space.
