Oh, my! That's like asking a mother which child is her favorite. There's something about each of them that makes it special to me. Hmmm. I guess as far as the angst and the action, I'm pretty partial to Reluctant Smuggler, the third in my To Catch a Thief series. But my February release, Evidence of Murder, is also pretty heart-rending. How can it not be when it's about a young man in search of the monster who murdered his family? And then there's the manuscript I'm working on right now, Calculated Revenge, about a woman stalked by the man who abducted her kid sister many years ago. I guess this old granny has a pretty intense imagination.

The easiest way to make a hat for the Scarecrow is to make it out of an old straw hat. Cut the straw hat in half and paste it to the Scarecrow using glue. This event was a great opportunity to meet new friends and finally attach names to faces we've seen for years. We're always running into the same folks wherever we go. As a matter of act, I finally attached the name of Mark Pershan, a member of the organizing committee from Congregation Or Torah to a gentleman who joins us in the Kesser Maariv morning minyan on a fairly regular basis. Glad to have finally met you Mark.
