The Don CeSar was the dream of Thomas Rowe, who was in failing health when he migrated to Florida and began to realize his dream of building a "pink castle. Rowe purchased 80 acres of land on a narrow strip of land known as St. Pete Beach. At the time the land was accessible only by a frail wooded toll bridge which operated at the whim of its owner. Rowe used a barge to transport building materials.

Protect Pets from Sunburn. Just like humans, dogs and cats can get sunburned. Pets with white fur around their face and ears, and hairless breeds, are especially susceptible to sunburn. Use sunscreen on areas where their fur is thin and the skin is white or pink. You can use sunscreen made for humans, but a better option is one made especially for pets, such as Solar Rx Moisturizing Sunblock, which is green, vegan and chemical free. If applied to an area the pet can reach, be sure to monitor them for excessive licking. If your pooch spends a great deal of time outdoors in summer, you might also want to outfit them with a The Hat's Guide Blog or "sun suit" that offers UV protection.

Many Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's) have shown amazing growth this past year. Emerging markets have done well, S. Korea (EWY), was up over 25%, Russia (TRF) was up 22%. Many Sector ETF's did well also, Large cap Tech (QQQQ), was up over 20%, Transportation (IYT) up over 24%. Equities in 2010 did fairly well, but will this growth be sustainable in 2011? That's the unanswered question.

One of my favorite photo opportunities of the season involves the use of a very large pumpkin. You may have to visit a local farm that specializes in these, but I'm sure you can find one that suit's the purpose just fine. After cutting off the top and emptying out the seeds, your baby will fit just right. This pose works well with babies who can support themselves, generally about six months old and up.
