If at all possible, avoid wearing a hat. A lot of times, wearing a hat causes the head and scalp to get hot, thus causing the skin to itch. If you must wear a hat, wear one that let the scalp get air, such a a mesh or straw hat.

Know when to let go. If you have a team member who is not meeting your company's expectations and standards or who may be resisting change, behaving in an insubordinate manner and/or generally has a poor attitude, these things don't mean twhere to buy hats the person is "bad." It simply means they are unhappy and are likely in desperate need of change for their own sake. You're not helping them or you by letting them slide by. Know that by releasing them, you will be giving them the opportunity to find a place where they CAN be the star that they really wish and hope to be, and at the same time, you are creating space to allow the "star" that's right for your team, to find you.

As with the Sesame Street exhibit at the Strong National Museum of Play, there is so much for your child to do at the Berenstain Bears exhibit. There is an art center, clubhouses for Brother and Sister Bear, Mama Bear's quilt shop, Papa Bear's workshop, the Bear Family Restaurant, a dentist office, as well as Farmer Ben's farm! Each exhibit is interactive. For example, if your child visits Mama Bear's quilt shop, they can "buy," quilts with "bear money," sell the quilts behind the counter, or practice matching with quilt patterns!
